We technically knew each other in high school, but let's be real- Luke was just some guy back then. Fast forward a few years, and suddenly, he's liking everything I post on Instagram. I mean, every single thing. So, being the bold and confident woman I am, I slid into his DMs (because clearly, he was too shy to make the first move).

We chatted off and on for a while, until September 1, when he finally took me on a real date- to a Mexican restaurant (which, honestly, was the way to my heart). And from that night on, I guess I decided he liked me even more than my Instagram posts.

Then, on September 27, he pulled off the ultimate rom-com move- he asked me to be his girlfriend at the top of the Ferris wheel at the fair. Talk about setting the bar high!

And now, here we are- planning forever. All because of some double-taps and a well-timed DM.
